Standing there in the middle of a lake lyanna sighs thinking to herself that it has been too long she has been gone.Slowly she sits down on the water channeling chakra to keep herself afloat,Legs in lotus position she forms a singular handsign and with that it begins to rain all over the grassy plain allowing her to sense any disruptions caused thanks to the rain drops being embedded with her chakra,The rain begins to form a puddle throughout the field.

Bolin, who was having a relaxing swim in the pond earlier after a mission suddenly sensed a distruption on the surface. They were two, rain drops and a feminine figure. Keeping underwater distance, he steathily emerged from underwater in badass mode probably mid range as he channels chakra to his feets to keep him afloat. He saw a woman on the water before he could remember that he was NAKED and he was blushing at such a beauty.

Standing on the water still naked, he couldnt see her hands because of her cloak. To form handseals, she had to raise her hands up wards towards the chest, this was what Bolin noticed he knew an attack was coming with his wits he knew based on his previous battles, she would likely perform a water tech.
Alas, his estimation was right as his left eye caught the sight of an incoming drill while he was searching for his clothes, he knew what he was in for. Immediately he turned his entire body into water with the help of suiton allowing the drill to hover across where his head body was supposed to be. Thinking he was safe, in the puddle like form, he noticed a shower of water needles from above he shrieked just to see them pass through him with ease. Bolim thought the fade was over but a blade of wind slightly missed his body, it was aimed for his lower body but this was prevented unexpectedly.
Sensing that it was over, he formed immediately just to see the girl leap away for the solid ground, he quickly passed his doton chakra into the ground below the girl as spikes would emerge underneath her legs to skew them without her knowledge. He would continue by spitting a condensed wave of water to damage her upper body ending her completely.
"I'm Bolin, the man with no clothes. Such a nice name for a cruel lady. Would you like to go out on a date with me?"

Seeing her opponent turn into water to avoid her first attack she makes a slight change in handsigns and places her hand on the water of the lake electrocuting him while still in water form.Thus preventing him from performing the water jutsu due to the pain coursing through his muscles.I quickly continue with the wind attack as by now he should have reverted back to normal due to the inability to channel chakra through the pain.I then follow the wind slice with a deep breath whilst throwing a kunai with wire towards around around him Locking him in place and unleashing the breath causing the wires to burst into flames.Upon seeing you turn into ashes Lyanna finishes the jutsu and jumps back to the main grassy plains.at long range between the two of us now.

TIPS As given to me when i used the water substitution technique please note it cant block consecutive jutsu and it is Very slow moving on another note you godmodded slightly.Its not like i would be their see the hand move up and go "Oh i know she gonna use a water jutsu!" no sorry it doesnt work like that.As i said only 1 went up i couldve been grabbing a weapon say a senbon or the twin daggers on my hips.I couldve been using a substitute or a katon jutsu.Please dont just godmode and predict what im doing it makes it rather boring for myself and i will start to spew out constant higher ranking jutsu instead of experimenting with lower lvl ones.

Having gotten bored of the fight, after the slight electrocution and Bolin reforms without hesistation, he plants his legs into the ground like his clans trademark sumo stance. He immediately concentrated chakra into his paws as he pushes the air around him releasing shots in form of paws about a lot in a sec tearing and destroying the girl since she'll be unable to react due to the speed. As she falls down dead, Bolin submerges back into the lake enjoying his swim.

B : You turning to water empowered my lightning making it S rank
Please go back and learn your elements and how to use water jutsu.You obviously didnt pay attention to your teacher.

Seeing his pathetic attempt at god modding and totally not caring about logic he reforms only to immediately seize causing his muscles to cramp causing him to fall.I simply chuck a explosive kunai at him it hits him in the chest and with a single hand sign he goes boom.End of story please learn to fight properly.

Seeing him reform i quickly make a single handsign and cause a senbon to create about 10cm from his head.With great force it drives into his brain ...death is immediate.
