Slightly Unusual Avatar Request

I made the avatar I'm currently using myself and I believe it to be pretty bad. Anyway I would like one done with this render instead of the original stock that I had used. I can't do it myself because I have virtually no knowledge of GFX.

Oh I've just seen your message and I really like these. Especially the third one. Though I guess I should have clarified in my original post. I would prefer the avatar be similar to the one I already have. ( How you can see his entire body not just the head )
