Could I have a Slide Avatar please ?

The first picture would be the current Luxus avatar which I have right now.

The second picture would be the one below. It is a picture of Jose Porla from Fairy Tail.

I would like it the same size as the Luxus avatar and could you write Jose Porla on it in the bottom right-hand corner in the same style as the Luxus one.

Also any cool effects you can add to the Jose picture would be most welcome.
