Minato it is.
Minato makes his way to the training field, where he was supposed to find a young man that he should teach the art of the sword. Kenjutsu. An art that was neglected my the majority of shinobi in the Ninja World, and an art that has only been mastered by a few. there was once a rumor of a man who could kill you with only his Kenjutsu, even if you were to use Ninjutsu based attacks against him. Nonetheless, Minato's mind wandered a bit as he walked. He wore his usual attire, and had a few FTG kunai in his ninja pouch as always. Upon arriving, Minato smiled.
"Hello there, I am Minato Namikaze. I will be teaching you Kenjutsu. Now tell me, what do you know about Kenjutsu? What is it all about? Who was known for this skill, in the anime/manga and here on NB? Oh, and what is your name?"
Minato then crossed his arms and waited for the young man to answer.

Kenjutsu is the art of wielding a sword. There are many many forms, stances, styles, and ways of performing and using Kenjutsu. Some ninja like you previously mentioned have mastered Kenjutsu as to where it appears almost god-like. Many ninja especially from Kumogakure are skilled in Kenjutsu. However, the most famous wielders of this art are the Samurai from Tetsugakure. Some famous Kenjutsu users are the 8 Tailed Jinchuuriki Killer Bee and the Tetsugakure Leader Mifune. There are ways to enhance the cutting strength and quality of your sword and techniques such as infusing chakra into your blade. Wind and Lightning are especially very good elements for increasing the cutting power and technique of your sword.
Here is an example of a high level Kenjutsu technique:
(Iaidō) - Art of Quick Draw and re-sheathing the sword
Rank: A
Type: Offensive, Defensive
Range: Short
Chakra cost: 30
Damage points: 60
Description: Iaidō is a form of kenjutsu where the user quick draws the blade extremely fast to strike, then re-sheathing it. This method prevents enemies from using hand seals, thus preventing them from using Ninjutsu making it highly effective against enemy ninja. General Mifune of the Land of Iron is a master of this style, making him highly effective against even ninja of caliber of Sasuke Uchiha and Hanzō the Salamander. (The speed of the technique is equivilant to that of the rank of the user)
Note: Can only be used by Samurai biographies

Minato listens to his student explain what Kenjutsu is. It seemes he had missed a point, but it was alright. He was explanation was okay, and because Minato himself wasn't a Kenjutsu specialist, he wouldn't dive too deep into it. Nonetheless, Minato smiled and looked at Aguri.
"That's alright. The best Kenjutsu users on NB, are people like Caliburn, KeotsuEclipse, Gin-San and Nirvana. Most of their arsenal revolves around the use of swords, which makes them extremely deadly in close range. Anyway, we will begin with the techniques. My method is as follows. I will explain the technique, then I want you to perform the technique on a clone of mine, give me at least 2 advantages and disadvantages, how you would use it in battle and if you have questions, be sure to ask!
Now, let us begin. The first technique is simple, with your sword in hand, you will dash towards the opponent. Once you get in close range of the opponent, you will perform several slashes with your sword. After doing so, you will finish the opponent off with a powerful final slash which deals liberal damage. Use it on my clone."

He proceeded to dash towards the clone, his sword in hand which gleamed brightly against the sun's rays. When he was a few meters away from the clone, he dashed even quicker. As he came in contact, he raised his sword and slashed diagonally, then horizontally. Finally, with all of his might, he slashed vertically, causing the clone to burst. He held his sword up in front of his sensei.

After performing his first technique, Aguri was quite confident even though he had just begun. Minato knew he could do even better, so he just let him slide with this technique, his performance was alright but his analysis was lacking a bit. Nonetheless, it was only the beginning. Minato grabbed a scroll and threw it towards Aguri.
"The performance was okay, but you need to work on advantages and disadvantages, also remember to add how you use the technique in battle please."
"Alright, now the first technique starts off by dashing towards the opponent, and once you get close to them, you will deliver a few punches. These punches can vary, like they can be aimed anywhere. After the flurry of punches, you will unleash your blade and deliver two final slashes that will finish off the opponent. These slashes also allows for some freedom, so they can also be aimed anywhere on the opponent. So use this on my clone."

"After that, you will once again draw your sword and dash towards your opponent. Once you reach close range of your opponent, you will extend your blade outwards towards your opponent, and then either spin your body clockwise or counterclockwise direction with the blade extended. This allows you to take down several enemies as you spin with your blade. Use it on my clone."
