hes from pakistan and Religion doesn't Allow that i think.

well m not really religious but our religion doesn't allow us to do that ! N I might have been wrong about side effects (sorry) but if it is forbidden then there is probably a reason =D

Allright this is what you do.
Stay awake for 24 or more and when the times comes when you need to sleep start relaxing (TIP.drink milk or just imagin simple things like ocenans or fields). You should restart your rest hours to normality. If that doesent work the you could allways hug your pillow.

It's a lot easier to push ping cycle forward than it is to pull it back. You just have to be gradual about it. An hour or two before bed, try to dim any lighting. The less artificial light you see before bed, the better. It also helps if you've had a tiring day. Remember though, don't try to sleep too early too quickly, or you'll just lie in bed awake. An hour or two earlier is the most you can do in a day, depending on how tiring your day was.

If you really need to pull your sleeping cycle back quickly you can try not sleeping for night. If you miss a night of sleep, and then stay up all day the next day, you should sleep fine. This doesn't always work for me though.

Edit: I believe not eating for most of the day should help you sleep too. If your desperate, try not to eat anything remotely close to bed time.

You have to get yourself on a schedule.
Try going to bed around 10 or 11 p.m. then set an alarm for whatever time you need to be up.

I go to sleep at 10 and am up by 6:20 a.m. everyday.

HOLY SHIT! *caps powa :cool:*

there's a simple RULE.set ur sleep time (at least 7 -max 9>>> hours)
1. try to wake up early,for the sake of sleeping earlier!!!

its working on me. :)
