sleeping issues !!

ok so im in the middle of holidays n only 10 days r left ! from last 10 days ive been sleeping at 5 am and waking up at 2 or 3 sometimes but last night I tried to sleep at 12 but I just couldn't .. actually ive been trying to sleep early from 3 days but I cant and today I woke up at 4 15 Pm . I really need help . plz suggest something !!

Last wek was the last day of my holidays. I tried to sleep at 11pm but couldn't sleep.
I fell asleep at 3 am

Last Monday was the last Holliday for me.
I didn't sleep at all...
So I had to Get a Energy Drink in the morning or else i would have fallen asleep during class.

I take melatonin pills. Helps me sleep like a baby. Also, eating and sleeping around the same time helps.

You have to get yourself on a schedule.
Try going to bed around 10 or 11 p.m. then set an alarm for whatever time you need to be up.

I go to sleep at 10 and am up by 6:20 a.m. everyday.

Stay up past 5am straight through the day. I bet come night time you'll be tired as f***.

my parents will kill me fortaking any pills .. n BTW m only 14 !!

Don't have any electronics (laptop, phone) anywhere near you and just force yourself to lie in bed at 11pm and close your eyes. You will eventually go to sleep unless you have insomnia (which you probably don't). Also, if you want to break the sleep pattern pull an all nighter and don't fall asleep at 5am, you'll definitely go to sleep that night.

Remember to use alarms too (or ask someone else in your house to wake you up).
