I had sleep paralysis where I saw some demonic figures across the room. Pretty trippy

You can use it to WILD (wake-induced lucid dreaming). Learn how to do that, and sleep paralysis is fun. I can put myself into sleep paralysis in the early ours of the morning any time I want; gotten so used to it.

At first I thought you had a rational post (although, it had many grammatical errors). After the bold though... and the last line.

I think you need to see a doctor - or more specifically, a psychiatrist.

And i think your knowledge of certain things is restricted by your ignorance. Just because you have not experienced something does not mean others have not; and neither does it mean you can prove its lack of existence. All you prove is the restriction of your mind and limited understanding/knowledge.

I am not the only person i know who has experienced these things. However, i will not waste anymore words on someone whose mind can only see in black and white. Limited.

Go sit down and do some research before opening your mouth to me on something you evidently know nothing about.

It's your spirit returning to your body from the astral plane while your body was sleeping. It's a scary feeling, and you try to move your body and you just can't.

Doesn't happen to me anymore though.

Whenever I feel it coming on I roll over on my stomach and that usually stops it, still kinda happens but my face is buried in the mattress/pillow so I block out 99% of the images. I never did any research into it but reading other people's posts, why do we see/feel scary images or a presence, that seems more than a coincidence that so many experience the same? Not always scary though, 1 time it happened as I was napping on the couch and my mom was praying at the altar, I saw a group of normal people standing around my mom as she was praying.
