In a nutshell it's like youve woken up without your body.
When youre in a deep sleep your brain like shuts the muscles down so you don't act out your dreams and when sleep paralysis happens that's still in effect. Your awake can't move and then vwooosh the fear and hallucinations come in.
I'd fallen asleep sitting up holding my baby head back mouth open super vivid dreams. I start hearing my kid climbing the table behind me talking gibberish I try to move nothing
Close my mouth nothing
Move my tongue to help the dryness nothing
And then the vwooosh
Fear intense fear
Hearts pounding
The baby gains three thousand pounds
In my mind my arms are flailing
And I scream
FUUU****K MOOOOOVE MOOOVE nothing
Absofucinglutely nothing
The spider sense someone's watching
The toddlers gibberish turns into this hushed rough voice like its shouting
As this tall shadowy guy fu*k he's tall
mid back hits the roof as he's bent over
Weird pinocchio squared off nose thats brownish
Small beady yellow eyes
He's all black the blackest of black
forehead comes closer as this smile god no it was like his mouth slit was from ear to pointy ear
Something like this
His jaw drops mouth full of canines thick spit dripping and all
And his head touches mine adding a couple thousand more pounds
It feels like my arms and body are moving and throats raw from screaming
But I'm Still Sitting There Unmoved No sounds
His arms start coming out from the sides fingers twitching
As long as my forearms all boney
Snapping
Bending in impossible ways
The rest of him starts doing it too
Like he can't control himself all fu**ING excited
His hands touch the sides of my face
I've never screamed so loud cause no sound came
It felt like this
It was sucking my soul out
Mr boyfriend walks in talking turns on the light and its over
Just like that like it never happened
