(Raiton: Raisen) Lightning Release: Lightning Flash
A weird kind of technique to be frank. We use a lightning infused giant shuriken which upon impact knocks the opponent back. That's the weird part imo, since, shouldn't the shuriken do slicing damage? And being bigger than normal would dig deeper into a target? Besides that, i think this is best used in a non linear fashion while someone is in motion due to the electricity trailing it having the better affects of the technique. So for example, have it pass by the front of someone (either to the left or right) to leave the electricity in their path, while controlling the shuriken (maybe use manipulating tools technique beforehand?) To hit them from a different angle as they deal with the electricity left behind. Biggest pro about this is its extensive range.
( Raiton: Raisogekishin ) - Lightning Release: Lightning Rat Violent Quake
This is a pretty straight forward technique that uses a discharge of lightning coupled with shape manipulation to create numerous disks of lightning to attack a target. Kind of reminds me of like krillin with a volley of destructo disks. Lol. This is a decent move to try hitting numerous targets with a single technique, or hit one target from different angles. I think a big con about this is the numbers also. It'll split the power so each individual disk won't be too hard to overcome at all.
(Raiton: Chidori) - Lightning Release: One Thousand Birds
One of the most epic techniques of part 1 naruro series. u.u. condensing chakra in the palm, one makes a sharpened blade sorta that will give you a very dangerous tool in close quarters combat. Probably best used if a target is paralyzed in some way shape or form so you have an easier target. I think a big drawback, if going by manga facts, is the fact that you have to move in a straight line when attacking someone. Though i believe this has been disproven when Sasuke used it many times on the move (intricately) within the manga also.
