Graphics were trash even in 2011(uncharted 3 came out a week later )

Combat was recycled from older TES games and hit detection was god awful

Loading screens broke immersion. Seriously? Takes 30 seconds to go in a house?

Quests were 99% fetch and the story was so boring most people put off doing it


I could go on and on but this is 2016 and if you still play this abomination, especially unmodded,you deserve to be shamed.

Sorry. But Skyrim was an amazing game. Also comparing it to Witcher 3 is unfair since Skyrim was release 4 years earlier. For its time Skyrim was one of the best games to ever be released on last gen. Period.

Yea its pretty good.on PC you can add mods that allow you change just about everything. You can upgrade graphics, make dragons randy savage,weild a lightsaber etc

Does after the main quest, but up until that point was one of the greatest games i've played. Pure amazement

And yes i played witcher 3 on Pc and i enjoyed it more and thought it was an all round better game, Played it on High and some ultra settings. Plus it's got dem boobies and asses.

Back then I had a ps3 and my brother had a 360.I got it for PS and it was so glitchy but i kept playing up until I had a glitch that made my save file expand until it was 48gb.later got for 360,enjoyed it then bought for PC and tinkered with mods

Thats not to say vannila for PC or 360 didn't have its share of glitches as well

I went overboard by calling it abomination but it didn't deserve game of the year with all its problems

- If you played this on console you really have absolutely no say in this. Graphics with the best mods ~ current AAA games'.

- Do tell how Witcher 3's clunky ass combat is better than Skyrim, or how it totally wasn't similar to W2.

- Long loading screens means you played it on console lol at that), last time I played some it took 2-3 seconds to load a new map for me, and I have 60+ mods.

- Quests are way too much and in no way "99% of them" were fetch. Have you even played this game?

Disregarding the epic soundtrack, immersive atmosphere, side quests on par or better than main storyline, incredible lore and pretty much a totally different/better game with mods - yeah, very overrated game from 2011 that's still alive and easily shits on most of the crap that comes out today.
