So, I started playing Skyrim again and decided to choose a High Elf. Last time I chose a Dark Elf and got to level 37 and regretted the perks I chose.

I'm currently level 8 and leaning more towards Destruction Magic, 1 Hand Combat & Archery.

I need help in some perks which will be very useful in the future.

I'm also looking to enchant my weapons...

Some helpful tips are also appreciated.

If you are playing as a high elf , focus on ur destruction tree mainly fire(cause it does additional damage to all types of enemies) for blowing of enemies out of ur way and conjuration for the creatures to help u out while fighting dragons... Don't waste on restoration, instead create many portions (save a lot of magika for FIGHTING alone).... Don't forget to use ur shout.. Burn them to hell..

Get iron ingots and leather strips and make a crap load of iron daggers to get your smithing up. Also, when you fin enchanted weapons, destroy then to learn the enchantments and when you find soul gems, use them to enchant something to help get your enchanting up. You're gonna want to get your enchanting to 100, and your smithing as well. The extra enchantment perk that you can get from 100 enchantment is great. Also, I always activate the warrior stone at te beginning of the game to help upgrade my 1 handed quickly. I never use magic, so I can help you there :p

Concentrate on your alchemy and enchanting. If done correctly you can enchant a suit of armor to reduce the cost of magika to zero for up to 2 magik skills. You need the armor, gauntlets, a ring and a necklace to do it.

Fire and frost are the 2 best spell types.
