I'm level 81, and I can't do Fire Storm because it cost 800 magic when I only have 480... WHy is it like this? I have master spells but I can't use them

Well, you have to have a perk to spare, spend it on master destruction.. Then the master leveled spells costs half magica.

Spec Destruction. Or /tgm and you have infinite mana

Well you should have a lot of gear that raises your magicka so there's no way that it should only be 480. It should be like 600+ In addition to that you need the perk that reduces the amount of magicka it costs to use master spells, other than that you can't do anything

Level up your perk tree ... If anything wear the Master robes or the Archmages clothes.

Well...maybe try to find items for more mana. It´s very hard to skill wrong in Skyrim.

I lied, I can cost 410 magic. I tried enchant and now the master spell cost 720. I'll do it with my armor and shit

But i'm level 81, I can't do that...

There are codes, or construction kit, for everything in case you screw up, at least. If you're on PC though.
