3. if you have lose confidence in the mods and have a problem with some of us, contact the administrators and don't publicly insult us nor start a rebellion, cause this is just silly and not only marks you it makes other members also laugh at you -generally speaking-.

Anyway... sry I was AFK..
in response to this...

a while back ... maybe a month or so... hells and i had a battle... (RP Battle Arena)
this battle ended in an argument... and bad things were said by both sides...
I even questioned his integrity as a sensei which i realize was going a bit too far... and he just cussed at me alot...
then Nexus stepped in and gave Hells an infraction for all his cursing and insults and Hells challenged him by saying things like "you think that will stop me?" and "cmon, give me another one you know you want to..."

This Resulted in Hells getting a one day ban from NB...

I did not intend for this to happen and i felt bad about it...

shortly after he came back i tried to make amends... but he ignores everything i say and hasn't talked to me since and every time i post on his page he just deletes it...

So... i decided to make my apology public... so he cant delete it...

the Higure thing is... Hells held a senior office and when i got accepted to higure he left... because he doesnt want to be in it if i am...

and I already offered to leave but like i said he doesnt say anything to me...

so that is that...

hm, anyways hells is probably the best person here, always giving and helping, even protecting people when he can. there is nothing wrong he has done -about other members- on nb, as far as i know.
He is an excellent fighter and a hard working sensei^^

Ahh I see I'm not the only one who has been annoyed by Skye Kaguya's actions I know it will look bad for me if I publicly humiliate someone else on the forums but I thought I would let everyone who doesn't know about this to know about it. Oh and Skye yes I do still have friends here who do watch my back for me and inform me on things and this is what I got from one of them yesterday:

A. He is Corrupt/Abuses his power to give out infractions to anyone who may get on his nerves. Or even voices an opinion that he does not like.
B. He is Inactive... he usually signs on at a rate of about once a week.
C. He does absolutely NOTHING useful for the site... anything such as heading a section or even Helping at all with new projects or regulating the RP section... This is probably the biggest point.
D. He is Extremely Rude to almost everyone including other Moderators. He regards himself as a king among everybody else, and speaks in a condescending way to everybody.
E. He changes the rules just to benefit himself. And feels that the general rules and even the Site Rules do not apply to him. which is a blatant infraction of his Duties as a moderator which he agreed to upon being seated in that office.

That is a PM you sent to some people, you see from the looks of this and from the sounds of things what you are accusing me in all of these things are either false, reasoning behind it, and just plain out WTF!? All due to the fact of and I will quote them as I talk about them....

huh from the sounds of that one you are still pissed off with me from when I first infracted you for cussing in one of my areas and also talking about when I infracted Neutrino when he made a thread about pain and the jutsu's and what not when I clearly stated not to post anymore in that thread and he clearly continued to disobey what he was told not to do by a mod (which is all he has done since he became a member)

I am inactive and only log on once a week.....I got one word for that....WRONG!....I log in here daily and look threw my areas and talk to Rei and anyone else who leaves me a vm or pm excluding you

Lets see if you actually looked to see where I have moderator powers and do my job would explain to you why I don't really do anything in the RP section. I am in the Manga and General topics and Bleach areas

From the sounds of that one you are mainly talking about yourself on being rude to everyone and moderators, I don't regard myself as a King to other because I know I am far from that and nor would I want to be a King ask other members here when I was asked to lead sth or be in charge of sth I hated that role because the lead role just ain't me. Oh and the condescending talking to everyone no I don't do that to everyone just to those that consider themselves better than me

Changes the rules to benefit myself and feels that general rules and Site Rules do not apply to me (mind you me being a mod and know the rules and follows them.

Lets see I don't change them to benefit me I changed them to benefit others to Remove the restrictions and limitations to those who have an imagination and think of something that sounds like fun and is possible and lets see Zanji Uchiha the character was made before you came here in one little flick of a finger letting someone go and try and kill off a character such as him is an insult to me not only as a member but as an artist. As well as me being one of the first members on NB that had public RP battles with other members and thus creating the battling system.

As for the rules I do follow them and I make sure others follow them because this is a FAMILY Forums with ages ranging from 8 to 30 so yes I do listen to the rules that have been even given to us moderators!

As a caring member of NB, I would like to see this thread closed for reasons:

1- this thread went off topic, it was supposed to be about Skye's apology to Hells/Kamina/Grimm whatever is he called..., now it became about giving bad images to members and some of the moderators!
2- this thread contained insults to other members and some of the staff
3- this thread contained inappropriate languages which forced Rei to change many posts in this thread
4- this thread wasn't supposed to be made, if you want to apologize to someone then send him/her a PM or talk on MSN, doesn't need to be in public


anyway, I want the staff to think about my point and react to it as soon as possible.
