So I bought skullcandy inkd 2 headphones off eBay. I saw some reviews on YouTube and some said there was a durability problem but I disregarded it. So I've had them for around a month and just today they fall out of my ears and on my rug. One earbud broke. It still works but u have the hold it together to put in ur ear. So should I email skullcandy or my seller.

It depends on the warranty. If they consider it was misusage you are screwed..

Contact them 'tho and rub the durability issue on their face Luffy style.

Skullcandy are up there with Beats as overpriced product made with cheap materials, with mediocre sound. Get Audiotechnica headphones, which are much better. No point in getting them fixed.

You'd have to check first with the return policy from the seller.
I wouldn't have gone with Skullcandies, or beats. You can get a pair of Apple earbuds preferably the new generation. They're really durable and have great sound quality for earbuds in my opinion. The price is also reasonable depending on where you get them from.
