Then stop literally asking for it. You make your sketches so fast, that you even forget what is actually important and don't spend no time on it. His neck looks like he's got the down syndrome, his ear is misplaced and his eyes look like 2 different diagonal lines.

I wasn't actually criticizing, it was one of those "just saying" categories. Just trying to help you improve your art.
I've been to your DA page though, say, why not finish (lineart+color) at least one of your pieces? I'm pretty sure it'd look awesome
