Why good day to you!
It takes me twice as long draw something in photoshop, rather than in Flash.
Here's a Sasuke sketch. Took me ~2 hours on and off.

Nope. Flash = Vector/Simplistic where Photoshop = Pixel/DPI/Complex and more advanced.
Also Flash is an animation based software with a perfect interface made for it and Photoshop goes more into Digital Editing direction, but animations can be made there as well

Well I did know that Flash is for animations, but I've heard that using vectors can be tricky xd Or maybe it's just me xd I'm too used to the pixels xd I know a little of digital editing

Not to be mean, but maybe that's why your perspective is either f****d or your object placement looks out of space.
Working on and off on something doesn't mean you spend the mentioned time straight on the drawing, it means you can take a break once in a while and maybe have a cup of tea or coffee.
It took me ~2 hours because i did some refinement work and still called it sketch, because it's not finished.
Here's what the drawing looked like before the refinement. Time spent, around ~5 mins [original res 3000x3000 at 300dpi]

People draw different fast no matter if it a sketch or not. I like everyone's sketches/drawings no matter how much time they took on making it. As long they did their best and actually tried U_U
