Ratchet, while you're still hopefully around, could you clarify this comment from yourself? Besides Ryu (who I'm actually leaning town), I actually thought that Kyte and Ansa were quite engaged with their posts up to this point in D2, definitely not shell shocked, as you describe. Certainly I disagreed with their stances, but now that Kyte flipped town, I'm forced to reevaluate.

Well, to be fair to me at the time Kyte was all "I can't believe this" and not much else, while Ansa was nonsensical as hell. Kyte got more engaged, and this point lost its merit, though I don't see what you mean in Ansa. I felt his play continued to be nonsense all the way through.
Eh, he was one of the main users behind the idea of following up a lynch on me after Kyte, so I do think there is scum equity there, but I don't want to lynch there. I'm thinking Ansa more actually. I actually reread a recent NF game Oreki was in with me, and we clashed there too. I can't remember what he flipped, but he very absolutionist against me then too (I was town) which has made me reconsider some of his posts that I thought were scummy, into NAI.
See, I'm feeling a bit better about Ansa as I go through D2 and seeing Kyte's flip, it means that Ansa was less wrong than a lot of us (in regards to thinking Kyte was town). If Ansa is scum, and you're town, it doesn't make a whole lot of sense for Ansa to overextend like he did. On the flip side, I think Houtarou is looking progressively worse through D2. He's probably one of my leading candidates at the moment. I think that he's been content bouncing between votes and wagons, and if we consider that Poison was possibly bussed, I feel we can't give him much credit for voting her, especially when he was flip flopping. I also felt like though he was defending you and going after Kyte, he was alright if you were the one who ended up lynched.
I agree with the rest to some extent, but:
This isn't really true. By defending Kyte, Kyte being mislynched means he can just turn around and push a lynch onto me and use the fact Kyte flipped town for it. Which wouldn't reflect poorly on him afterwards, as he's been consistent in his logic (or "logic") if nothing else. Getting 2 mislynches for free isn't really a bad tradeoff imo.
This isn't how it went down. Yes, he did at one point vote for Poison, but before the reset he switched off to me, and then spent from the reset to EoD pushing me over Poison. I don't know how you interpeted this as a bus on Poison?
Okay... So the no-claiming, info-in-writeups game is not at all the style that I'm used to playing. I'm reevaluating a lot of the game based on that. That said...

I'm backing off from attempting to take a leading towncore role for now. I don't feel comfortable enough with my analysis of the gamestate at the moment. G2H from what I've read so far, I'd have a PoE of
Aether, Elmage, Houtarou, Imperfection, but I need to really go over things in more detail so take that with a giant grain of salt. I shoulda read more closely earlier since I sorta expected to replace in at some point, but no use crying over spilt milk.I'm currently scouring through all of the flavour for any info I can find since I guess that's optimal.
I'll probably have to peek at EOD1 again to see how it played out. I'm still having a hard time reading Ansa as scum at this point, especially after rereading and actually getting some of the stuff he was saying, even if I did disagree with him at the time.
Okay, so you don't like a Hou lynch, I don't a like Ansa lynch, where's your next read at?
