I would think that spiritual powers only applies to those with high reiatsu levels

U don't get it.....Haki, Chakra, Ki all consist spiritual powers that enable them to see/ touch souls.........also that Bleach wikipedia definition is invalid in multiverse battles since the humans of Bleachverse are weak af and even a few among them even though weaker can see Shinigamis.....even quincies are humans!!
Otherwise its like saying Goku can't see them although DBZverse too can see spirits!!
And in such matches chakra=reiatsu=ki!! U_U
