This is something that has been bothering me.
I was always under the impression that the Rinnegan was a culmination of different powers mainly lots of Yin! some Yang.
Six paths senjutsu seems to be a more yang sided technique than the Rinnegan for obvious reasons.
But are these techniques equal in their strength?

Six paths senjutsu seems to be at its most basic a more supplementary technique.
For most of this I will be guessing from what I have seen of Naruto:
Enhanced speed similar to Biju mode.
Enhanced durability like normal sage mode.
Enhanced strength - he was able to block Madara's limbo, something that sent tailed beast's flying.
Enhanced sensor abilities like normal sage mode.
Remote Godudama.
Shape changing Onmyoudon.
Ability to instantly use any of the tailed beast's chakra.
Here is a guess he doesn't need to sit still to recharge his senjutsu < this is the main thing I can see that is a true change from his original sage mode.
And finally Creation of all things < this one I have to say was a big surprise to me.
Now if I'm honest Naruto being able to use Creation of all things is kind of dumb, hes the worst person to have such an advanced power and will likely never use it to its full potential. Sasuke has also gained this power however it seems he can use it in a different way.

Overall when you think about the different abilities he has gained while it sounds good its absolutely no match in sheer destructive power of the Rinnegan. While Sasuke hasn't shown many feats so far we can look at other Rinnegan users. I don't even have to list the things they are capable of. Madara's own Meteor lobbing abilities and the Chibaku tensei,never mind anything else these jutsu are incredibly destructive.
So ultimately if this is all the senjutsu of the six paths is packing it is sorely lacking. And I do not count tailed beast power as six paths senjutsu, they are indeed along for the ride but Naruto could have gained the sages senjutsu just as easily without them. All he needed to do was meet Hagaromo and it has not been confirmed that the beasts were necessary for that to happen.

If the six paths senjutsu and the rinnegan are two parts of the whole as Kishi seems to be driving at then I am still not seeing the balance between them.
Why is everyone soooo worried about Madara gaining back his other rinnegan if he already has the six paths senjutsu a supposed equal to the rinnegan??? Obviously because they aren't equal....
