hello i found some old stuff on the internet and i think that the staff that furido holds is the same ass the sage of six paths holds (only shrinked) what are youre thoughts oubout this could it be plausible???=D

But, since I believe that Rikudou was something like a sohei (fighting monk) we may also say that his stick is Kanbo.

Or maybe, inspiration for Rikudou's stick is found in both Kanabo and the stick that Japanese Buddhist monks use.

Somewhere I found information that Kanabo is used in by oni ( Japanese demon) since they were reputedly extremely strong. But I'm not sure about that information.

The difference between Furido's stick and Rikudou's is obvious. While Furido's stick is very similar to Japanese Buddhist monk's stick Rikudou's stick is combination of that stick and Kanbo.

I've already said that his stick is similar to khakkhara (Japanese Buddhist monk's stick). And khakkhara is used primarily in prayer but it can be used as a weapon. If khakkhara have six rings it represents the Six Perfections and a six ring khakkhara is carried by a Bodhisattva. Most commonly seen are those with six rings which have also been claimed to represent the six states of existence (humans, animals, hell, hungry ghosts, gods, and asuras).
!!!NOTE 六道, ろくどう > six realms (Deva realm, Asura realm, Human realm, Animal realm, Hungry Ghost realm, Nakara realm).
