If Nagato concentrated his chakra into one of his paths, would it be able to use the 5 elements?

Also since Yahiko uses Water release, and his corpse was used for Deva Path's body, can we say, that Deva Path can use Water Release, even if Nagato hasn't concentrated his chakra only into him?

The black rods are said to use six path Justus, and other rinnegan techniques.

If Nagato wants to use an element, I think it's best that he uses it with his real body.

The black rods only empowered the corpse with one of the rinnegan techniques. They weren't shown using chakra natures.

I guess I would say no...

chakra rods allows one to transfer their chakra and techniques . theoretically , the corpses should be able to use all nagato's jutsus via nagato's own chakra..
but seeing as the corpses only possess one particular ability , I doubt anything technique(inc.elemental jutsus) aside from a certain path ability can be used on corpses controlled with chakra rods . maybe the gedo mazo extration jutsu is an exception too...oh wait and there's the shapeshifting technique used on itachi/kisame...

now that I think of it , pein can actually used jutsus other than the 6 paths techniques . so I would say it's possible for pein to use elemental jutsus as well (albeit it's not been shown in the manga) , depending on whether the shapeshifting tech is a rinnegan ability .

As long as it has something corrilating with Gedo mazou.
