With full knowledge Itachi could destroy CT's core as soon as it is formed since it won't get bigger and it is weaker than Nagato's anyways. CST doesn't one shot if Itachi protects with Susano.

Itachi has a high chance to win, but I favor Pain. It all depends on knowledge and some other things tbh.

OT: Itachi wins

An easier time since Sasuke's moves are more spammable, have better reach, and more lethal than Itachi's. That's key to taking out Deva before anything like CT or CST goes down.
