Pain knows about frog song, he will not allow them to perform it. He can interrupt with BT or ST any time they try. With 6 of them along with the Rinnegan summons Minato' sneak attacks with FTG will not be always successful. He will tire himself before Pein. Pein wins this medium diff.

After thinking about it, its all up to chance. With no intel on how FTG works, Minato will spread his kunai around and procede to Rasengan every path. If he decides to hit Deva Path first its Minato low diff, but if he doesn't Deva Path catches on uses ST, to blow away Minato's kunai and him then uses CT so Pein high diff.

The ultimate question is, what formation are they in exactly?
