Well, the location actually works in favor of Pain because the shared vision, hence why Gyuki said they can't beat Obito's 6 Pain. I hardly see it invalid due to the fire-power Deva or Asura possess, so it's going to be a destroyed landscape in the end. Some idiots will use SM Naruto vs Pain as a point to validate their argument, when Naruto only won thanks to plot bullshit and external help (toads and Kurama). ABC logic doesn't apply here.
Kabuto doesn't have a counter to Chibaku Tensei, and even if you restrict it, he still loses.
-White Rage works by causing pain on the opponent, but that is invalid because Pain is a corpse and can't feel physical pain. It wouldn't work. That also applies to Kabuto's poisons.
-He doesn't have any destructive power to take out the Rinnegan summons, with Manda II being restricted. He gets gang-banged by 6 individuals and +5 summons together.
-Majority of his arsenal isn't lethal enough to take Pain, while he has no counter to the Rinnegan's capabilities.
