During the 4th Great Shinobi War, Obito utilized the Coffin Seal in order to seal an incomplete Jubi within himself. At the time of the sealing he only possessed segments of the Hachibi and the Kyuubi, making his initial jinchuuriki form unstable and inferior to the likes of Madara. Only after he was able to gain control was he able to use the capabilities of the Six Paths Senjutsu more profoundly. In his initial form, Obito's skin became gray and scaly and he had the symbol of the Rinnegan on his back with 9 tomoe pattern just below it. He possessed two truth seeking orbs attached to his hands. Upon gaining control of his psyche and the abilities of the Senjutsu, Obito's form changed giving him a sort of scaled chakra cloak with six tome across his upper chest. He possessed several truth seeking orbs hovering behind him and a malluable shakujo. He also grew horns on his forehead with the one over his Rinnegan being larger than the other.

- Obito's Senjutsu transformations increase his speed and durability tremendously, capable of reducing up to 30 damage per clash, and regenerating small damage ( 10 per turn ) in his initial stage.
- Like with other Senjutsu users, whilst in either form he becomes able to passively sense the world around him through the flow of natural energy and thus gains enhanced reflex and perception.
- Obito gains an increase of +2 Bonus MIND, BODY, and SPRT AP unless they are using Dual Abilities, in which case the ability with the highest AP boosts will apply. Alternatively, the user is able to forgo the Bonus MIND AP and have a passive +30 damage to their Jutsu.
- In his Initial state, he is able to create two Truth-Seeking Balls. In his Complete form, he gains 6 TSB one of which forms the other half of Hagoromo's shakujō, and gains the ability to fly, and can use the ability once every other turn to avoid techniques, though he only flies as fast as he can physically run.
Restrictions:
- Must have previously obtained an Advanced Obito Bio and held it for 2 months.
- Whilst in his senjutsu transformation, Obito will no longer possess his dojutsu tracking capabilities, only the enhanced sensory perception granted from his nature sensory.
- Obito can no longer use his Sharingan or Sharingan techniques whilst in this state. He is only capable of using the Rinnegan Dojutsu.
