Is it possible that sage's chakra permanently "merged" with sasuke's or naruto's chakra? I mean Naruto & sasuke's transmigrant chakra is essentially halves of hagoromo's chakra or do you think the sage's chakra is its own thing?

This is how best i can explain it. Its like when two children inherit traits from their parents. Indra inherited his fathers strong chakra and eyes albeit a weaker version a trait from his father. That means his chakra was similar to his fathers and his eye was weaker in power but it retained the same similarities and Ashura inherited his father strong body. Powerful life force and massive chakra receivers which was also another power and trait of his father. So when you combine the two powers together you get the sage's exact type of chakra. So no the sage chakra is different and now that he gave it to naruto and sasuke it is their forever.

No cuz when using Hagoromo's chakra Sasuke's chidori was black :|

It's still blue so it wasn't permanent. Obtaining Sage chakra did alter their powers permanently though.

I don't think we've seen enough from Naruto to say for sure, although it's clear that Sasuke has a permanent power up.

Hagoromo's chakra merged with their own chakras and permanently altered the chakra they will produce. That's why in THE LAST Naruto still has it, even after spamming jutsus and using chakra for years. He produces it now.
