Tokyo insiders, its very good, it requires payment for unlimited downloads, tho but you can easily bypass such just that the downloads would be slower. I havent downloaded the series yet but i have downloaded other animes such as death note and the mega bytes ranges from 250+ TO 24+

Torrents are not always the best.
Sometimes the subtitles are not properly arranged in the episodes. That's why I quit downloading through torrents

There's an amazing site from where you can download anime from very low quality to very high/HD qualtiy.
If you're familiar with Internet Download Manager or any streaming video downloader then install it and go to this site for watching online as well as downloading it. The site is animesan_net. Remove the underscore and put a dot. The site is very good and dependable for cool animes (for Hunter x Hunter as well)
