Im not sure if you guys can create this option but for each person profile they see a list of series your following and you can see on your friend list what your both following and get notifications when its out.

something like this is on our list of things to do except a lot better of course. although will take some time because we are prioritizing a lot of stuff currently as well. but stay tuned
