If you clicked on the second tweet then you'll know why Krone appeared. It's just a funny fan-edit. I don't think a lot of TPN fans will get it but KnY fans will since it's funny seeing Zenitsu reacting to that fan edit.

Kimetsu No Yaiba is a great manga, you should check it out. It's a weekly shonen jump title too.
