Sishiu has space time/teleportation jutsu?

Just wandering if anyone else is puzzled by Killer B calling sushiu sushiu the teleporter....
has anyone found information relating to this or was it some error???

It's about the body flicker jutsu.. it has nothing to do with space time or teleportation jutsu

He was the fastest one who did body flicker jutsu. when they just suddenly dissapear and leaves come out of nowhere.
