Looks
Sirius Black Nara,though a member of well famed "Nara" clan of Konohagakure No Sato, does not have an appearance and over looks like other clan members. This has several reasons, the most important being that he has never really stayed in Konoha and hasn't had much of an interaction with other clan members. Sirius has "Gray" colored eyes.His eyes as described by many of the people that have seen him and have known him are, "Fathomless". Black hair, which had varying length during his early years, basically depending upon his state of mind. He tended to let his hair grow in size whenever he was depressed and wore short hair when things went well. But after joining Amegakure, he now has kept to long hair and doesn't like to cut them short. Sirius is a very tall man and is very good looking. His appearance is somewhat aristocratic and haughty. His dark hair fall into his eyes with a sort of a casual elegance.
After he left Sunagakure and before joining Amegakure, he went into a state of depression. He started drinking huge amount of alcohol. His appearance deteriorated along with his health. His hair looked like a filthy mass hung alongside his head and in front of his chest. His shining eyes were the only sign of him being allive. Otherwise he looked like a corpse.
But it all changed once he joined Amegakure. He stopped drinking and did a complete turnover of his looks. He now has started looking like his young days. A gentleman that women would fall over for any day. He wears a black long coat which hangs upto his knees. He wears black colored long boots. He also supports a moustache. He dons a Amegakure headband. But instead of tying it around his head, he ties it to his right arm.

Personality
In his early days, Sirius used to be like all other children. Happy, Carefree, and a troublemaker to the core of his heart. He was well known across the town that he lived in as an "Agitator". Unlike other children who keep their pranks to themselves, Sirius would go even as far as to pull pranks on grown men. He was a fearless child. Since he was well known for being a naughty and mischievous boy, most people avoided a confrontation with him. But whenever anyone really needed help or asked him of some chore, sirius would often go out often go out of his way to help people. All in all he had a very good relationship with the towns people.
But it all changed on the fateful day that he got news of his fathers death in the battle of Konoha's defense against Sand Village. He didn't eat anything for 3 days. He went into a state of depression. His appearance was that of a half dead person. But during this time of sorrow he had only one person to rely on, his mother. His mother helped him out of his depressed state and gave him a reason to live, "To take revenge on Sunagakure".

History
Parents
Story begins several years before the attack of ninetails on hidden leaf or even before that. Sirius Black was born four years prior to the attack of Nine Tails fox on hidden leaf village. His father was a member of well famed "Nara" clan of hidden leaf village. Not much is known about his mother but it is believed that she too belonged to the "Nara" clan. His father Orion Black was a well famed shinobi throughout the 5 shinobi villages and was nicknamed the "Mole", due to many of the spy missions that he completed. The family of Blacks was living happily until one day the Nine Tails attacked hidden leaf village. This lead to countless deaths, including the fourth hokage himself. This event created a distrust between Uchiha Clan and rest of the villagers, as it was believed that Nine Tails attacked the hidden leaf under the influence of a highly skilled uchiha. Orion was given mission by Third Hokage "Hiruzen Sarutobi", to infiltrate the uchiha clan and Anbu Black Ops of leaf. This mission was basically to find more about the Nine Tails attack and the people behind it. Orion during this mission discovered some secrets of Anbu Black Ops and Uchiha clan, that if released publicly would lead to the destruction of hidden Leaf. So the matter was closed by Hiruzen Sarutobi and Orion being the only other person to ever know about this secret. This mission had put his own life in danger. So, in order to save his life, Hiruzen Sarutobi allowed him to leave the village. All the records related to Orion were destroyed. Orion faked his own death and of his family and left the village to live on the outskirts of Konohagakure.
Life on Outskirts of Konoha and Death of Orion
Orion had moved to the Outskirts of Konoha. The life for all of them was going fine. Sirius had grown into quite a handsome guy. He never knew about his family background as it was kept a secret by Orion. Sirius was quite a naughty and mischievous boy. Days turned to weeks turned to months turned to years, just like that time kept on moving. One day in the reign of Third Hokage, the hidden sand village attacked Konoha during the chunnin exams. Orion heard of this attack. His will fire struck his heart and he left for Konoha, as he just couldn't standby when his homeland was under attack. In the fight Orion's life was taken. This lead to a news being leaked out that Orion "The Mole", was alive all this time. This news caused unrest for certain people as they feared that their secrets might get out, so they decided to find and kill his family as well.
The Desire For Revenge, Left Alone In The World
The news of his father's death left Sirius in shock. He became depressed. During this time of sorrow his mother was his only Refuge from the pain. His mother was in pain as well, but she stayed strong for her son. After few days when sirius finally got over his grieving, he asked hi mother about his father's past. She had no choice but to tell him all the truth. This information about his father being a Shinobi was like a shock to him. Since he knew that he had a shinobi's blood in him, he deduced that he too must possess the abilities and of a shinobi. This thought gave birth to a seed of revenge in his mind. He swore to himself that he will tear apart all of Sunagakure if need be to find his father's killer. He started training in order to learn basics of shinobi and to become strong. His father's death had brought a change in him. He was not anymore a kid with childish attitude, instead he was a young man with a dream. He also started to take more care of the town folks and his mother. One fateful day when he was away from home training, some shinobi came to the town and raised hell. They killed everyone including his mother. When he came back he was completely taken by shock and went into a comatose state.
Joining Sunagakure and Change of Heart
He awoke several days later in a hospital. He had no idea where he was and how he got there. Sometime later few people got into his room. They saw him awake and from where did he come from. He could clearly see the headbands on their forehead. They were leaf shinobi. He decided to keep his identity a secret, and not tell them much. After a long interrogation, he was given a discharge slip and allowed to leave the village as they had deduced that he was not a threat their village. After leaving the village, sirius set out his way for sunagakure as he believed that ones that killed his mother were also from sunagakure. He didn't know anything else, he only had revenge on his mind. After several days hard travel, he reached sunagakure. As he had imagined he wouldn't just get into the village. He was asked questions and interrogations were made from him at the gate of village. He used his cunningness to make those people believe that he was not an enemy and just wanted to meet Kazekage. Finally he was allowed to talk to kazekage. When he face the kazekage his blood as boiling, but he controlled himself and sweet talked kazekage into letting him into village and accepting him as a shinobi. While he was staying in village, he started gathering information about village and also kept constant connection with others as well, to reduce any kind of suspicion on him. While he was in village he met a lot of people. The people at village changed his heart. He also learned that sand itself had suffered at the hands of a certain person named Orochimaru and that sand was controlled by someone else into attacking village. He decided to not take any kind of revenge and started living in village as a normal shinobi. He started enjoying more village life and made new friends that made him forget about his hardships and his previous life. He had decided that he was going to live rest of his life in Sunagakure.
Expulsion From Sunagakure and Turning Into a Drunkard
Life was going pretty well, until a certain morning when some sand shinobi came to his house. They said that he was called by Kazekage. He immediately left with them. When he entered the Kazekage's office, he was left dumbstruck. As there on the table were lying the documents of information that he had gathered about Suna. Even though he had changed his mind about revenge but he had still forgotten about these documents. He was not allowed to give any explanation. The Kazekage said just this that he wouldn't kill Sirius just the good deeds that he had done for village, but he must leave the village. Expulsion from village had a huge impact on Sirius's heart. He was once again alone in the world. He lost all his will to live. He started drinking heavily. It had adverse effects on his health and life. He had no will to live anymore, but still was afraid to just take his life. He was just a half dead corpse. He had lost all the connection to his friends that he made in Sunagakure.
Ray of Hope and Joining Amegakure
The life was pretty much removed from Sirius. He had no intention of ever returning to any village. But on a certain day he saw a person walk right past him. He remembered that face from somewhere, but just couldn't recall it. He tried to stp the person but couldn't speak due to his drinking habit and deteriorating health. After sometime he recalled the face of the person he saw. He knew it was his friend from sunagakure, but that person looked like a mercenary now. This sighting of an old friend gave him hope. He thought to himself that there are still ways to live life. i have been a fool. Thinking this he broke the bottle of alcohol that he was holding and stood up. In next few days he turned his looks around. He had decided that he was going to start a new life. After few days he started his journey toward Amegakure. He had chosen this village as it was most peaceful of all the villages. When he reached Amegakure, against all his hopes the Amekage accepted him without much of a interrogation about his past. He was now officially a member of Amegakure and had decided to continue living his life to it's fullest and to make up for the time that he had lost during past few months in bad habits and depression.........

Sirius Black has trained highly in Lightning Element. Through years of hard and extensive training he has achieved such high level mastery in Lightning element that it has become his First Affinity and he can perform all Raiton techniques with a single handseal.

Black has two chakra blades which almost identical to the ones Asuma used, and were later passed on to Shikamaru. These chakra blades are basically used for Shadow Imitation Shuriken Technique. These blades are Infused with Black's chakra.

Umbrella
Hidden Rain's signature weapon. Umbrella's are shown to be used frquently by Rain ninja in anime/manga, this is an optional weapon to add to their biographies. Their abilities:
Gliding: Once high in the air and using a wind technique to create a gust an open umbrella could allow extended periods in air by gliding, with the advantage of wind direction user could move long distances slowly but easily and dropping in altitude. With any given technique that pushes, a user could glide above 25m high in the air and move with the speed of 8m/turn.
Senbon Shower: releases a hailing "shower" of senbon. It cannot be dodged by moving away since the needles cover a wide area in all directions, controlled by chakra. Although the needles are said to be able to pierce a five millimetre thick steel sheet, they can still be blocked by a powerful enough shield. Medical ninja can dip their senbon with poison to increase their lethality.
Sheild: The cover of the umbrella is made up of metallic threads, capable of defending against weak physical attacks and projectiles.
Added Modification: Wires, the ribcage of the umbralla could be modified to shoot out wires from the end. This could be used to bind targets.
Added Modification: Water jet, C rank & Short-Mid range. Shoot a sharp jet stream of water at the opponent from the tip of the umbrella to push them back.
Added Modification: Flame thrower, C rank & Short-Mid range. Spews flames from the tip of the umbrella to burn down opponents or ignite objects.

Grim
Grim is a black wolf shaped dog that in many mythologies is believed to be an Omen of Death. Just before his opponents are about to die, Sirius manipulates his shadow to take a form of a black wolf and makes it walk toward his opponent thus symbolizing his death.
