It is an Kekkei Genkai unique to the uchiha clan, it is an visual technique that has three basic stages, each stage stranger then it's previous. it allows you to see fast moving objects, see throw genjutsu weaker then it's user. you can also see the flow of chakra to help predict what you enemy is planing.
