sometimes when i click on a link in someone's bio, it sends me to a another tab where its just the post they made for their bio and nothing else, no post box at the bottom, no banner, nothing. how the hell do i do this?

Click the #, button, at the top right corner at each post

 

[Alternative]

There's a number in the top-right hand corner of every post indicating what number post it is for the thread. It's also a link for viewing single posts, so if you click on it, you'll be brought to a new tab/window which shows only that post.
