With Sanders’ proposed taxes, costs would need to be trimmed by roughly 42 to 47 percent — a tall order when "the most generous estimates of how much you could cut cost are on the order of 20 percent," said Sherry Glied, a professor of health policy and economics at New York University who’s served in the George H.W. Bush, Clinton and Obama administrations.

So you're denying the numbers and you quoted someone who was involved in the Great Recession? Wow.

So you're only denying the numbers then?

But if you were smart, wouldn't more people agree with you?

Coming from bernie's very detailed answer of "Cutting costs"

Even he doesn't know how hes gonna get the money. He's just gonna "make the whole system more efficient". NO government program is more efficient

Single-Payer basically cuts the middleman which is Health Insurance agencies and transfer that power directly to Government to pay for all. Insurance agencies do not like this because they pocket a large percentage of our money and can fix prices to their liken.

I can't deny when you're unemployed That "free healthcare" is gonna be great.

At least then you don't have to pay that extra 8.4 %(bringing your total up to 48.4%)

It's not gonna save me any money. Even if it saves the government money, thats not money i'm gonna see. Basically we're back at the basic tenants of socialism again

So you didn't watch the video and you're denying the facts without even knowing the numbers.

So we get to decide how it's spent right? Oh no we don't. Tax cuts do that.

That's what we elect people for, so they can make the decisions for us. :|

That is one of the issues I agree with Trump, they are not doing their job: "doing right by the people". They are for themselves.

Yes, and Single-Pay Health Care is for all [Americans].

but only 40,000 die every year due to lack of insurance(though I doubt that's accurate) as anyone can get treated for life threatening whatevers, so how can they possibly measure that?

Yeah, the 45,000 estimation of death from lack of insurance was a bogus study.

Source:

It's not about being treated the problem. The issue is if they have the money to afford the treatment.
