the field is a barren desert with nothing but sand and large hills of sand. we start mid-range from each other.

Jiraiya the Legendary Sannin stood before a foe he had yet to face, but he knew who his was quite well. This was the Third Lightning Shadow, perhaps the strongest Raikage in history, however even with this fact Jiraiya's confidence seemed to stay strong on the outside, but on the inside his mind was shivering with a slight feeling of fear. Jiraiya deciding to proceed to attack but follow his movements closely, as he knew little about his powers or abilities. Jiraiya ran forward towards the Raikage allowing himself to drop down in front of him extending his right leg and quickly doing a leg swipe to the left, sweeping him off his feet while simultaneously using his right hand to throw sand into the Raikages eyes. This quickly followed by Jiraiya pushing off his left leg allowing him to do a backflip delivering a heel kick straight to the Raikages falling body.

Hakai stood firm and focused on the Legendary Sannin that had challenged him to a little get-together to test both their abilities. Hakai heard a lot about these Konoha sannins and held little to no respect for their so called magnificent feats. It was obvious not one of them could stand against the Eight Tails for Three Days non stop without dying within the first few minutes or an hour max. The look of disgust was all over his face as the sannin began running towards him. The sannin dropped to the floor in an instant and extended his right leg to try and leg sweep Hakai off his feet. It was a basic move, Hakai didn't expect this at all but nevertheless he had to defend. As the leg was a few inches away from connecting, Hakai quickly reacted by lifting his body slightly into the air like a meter off the ground and as the sannin's leg graced through under his feet (while in the air) with correct precision and timing he would lose motion and drop back forcefully to the ground but this the he would land on Jiraya's leg with his right leg pushing the sannin's knee cap against the ground as the other leg snaps Jiraya's foot...essentially trapping the sage under his feet. Following up his landing, he would deliver a swift kick to Jiraya's face with enough force to break his nose.

As Jiraiya's leg graced across the sand to sweep the Raikage off his feet, his opponent jumped above his leg as predicted however as the man came back down from his jump Jiraiya knew if he did not do anything he would be in quite a pickle, as he realized the man aimed to land on his extended leg. Without any moments notice Jiraiya quickly changed his motions by allowing himself to land on the ground before the Raikage landed on him and by doing so freeing up both his legs so that he could quickly use his left leg to strike his knee while his right leg would go between the Raikages and use it to pull his leg from his heel while simultaneously kicking his knee forcing him to fall, however at the same time as the motions for the intersection of his leg was happening Jiraiya whipped his hair around the Raikages neck pulling him down towards him aiming to strike him with and open palm to the chest. These motions would force his knee into an awkward position as he would fall forward while his knee is forced back making it gain a large amount of pressure to it.

The Sandaime wanted to fool around a bit even when he knew this fight was a test of their strengths. It wasn't fair to mess around with others when you know you're going to win. As he jumped into the air, he knew the sannin was going to react to his action by counter attacking but he would still play along like nothing was going to happen. As Jiraya freed up his legs and struck Hakai with his left leg, the effect was like a pin prick that he hardly felt unknown to Jiraya that he was being lured into a deadly trap. The Sandaime would fall forwards as Jiraya had planned after the kick to his knee and even after Jiraya's hair whipped around his neck to pull him forwards he didn't budge a muscle to resist. As he fell he would see Jiraya's extended open palm which was aimed to his chest, simultaneously to this action, he would tighten his right fist and deliver a punch to Jiraya's face at the same time Jiraya's palm would connect giving him a crushed face and a broken nose due to Hakai's sheer physical strength. Hakai would rise up momentarily leaving Jiraya to face his trouble as he adjusts his clothing.
