How you would use it in battle: You would have to get it close the way naruto does it by using a shadow clone to throw you for extra speed.
How you would counter it: You would just have to keep your distance. Summon a flying creature and try remain airbourne or keep him at bay with long range techniques.
How you perform it (with as much detail as you can): *I concentrate and gather a large amount of dark chakra to my right hand. Once I'v done this I release the dark chakra and manipulate it to form a dark sphere with two rings circulating it. I then use raw chakra to compress it for greater damage upon impact and I take a dash at your clone. I bring my right hand back and thrust the dark orb into the clones ribs, causing a dark shock wave while at the same time cripples your clones ribs causing him to disperse immediately.*
