Since sasuke has the 9 tomoe sharingan, where all sharingan techs originated from. Does this mean he will have access to Kamui? if so that's pretty op. I don't see why not but it would be a bit to overpowered if he did have access to it not to even mention KA.

having the original/special eyes doesn't necessarily mean that he will be able to use every Sharingan tech known to us, so he might use something entirely new or a new powerful mixture of the already established techs in his arsenal.

Kamui is Obito's signature move/tech and i doubt that Kishi will give it to anyone else as a power up (aside from Kakashi, for obvious plot reasons).

Every1's jutsu is his own. Though every Sharingan user can use Kamui, only Obito did that because it was his style. Why is Minato only second to use FTG? Why didn't Naruto do it? It is not a kekkei genkai.

Yeah I'm pretty sure it won't mean he will be granted every ms jutsu we have seen

I'm sure there are limits in terms of how a power manifests to each and every individual etc etc

That being said it's the freakin eye of the juubi , whatever he does have is Gnna be pretty intense because :

A. It is from what we see the closest thing to the original

B. He will be at a similar level to Naruto
