When Madara took Kakashi's eye and went to the kamui dimension he took back his rinnegan. He put Kakashi's eye, gifted to him from Obito, in Obito's left eye socket which was used by black zetsu to teleport them back to the normal dimension.

Madara took the sharingan from Kakashi, borrowed its Kamui powers for a bit, and then gave it to Obito when he was done. Obito has both his eyes now.

Naruto used his new abilities to give Kakashi his own original eye back. Kakashi has normal eyes now.

Have you not noticed that Kakashi doesn't have sharingan anymore?
