We shouldn't be measuring them against each other but with their own feats, We haven't seen sasuke's full potential till date.. This while Naruto has technically ran out of chakra twice, please bear in mind that he has near unlimited chakra but it has to be regained..

I would say n/a for now.. At least till we see more of Sasuke

they go back in forth as for who is stronger. Sasuke started out much stronger while Naruto slowly caught up and surpassed him only to barely be beaten by curse mark Sasuke. Sasuke was much, much stronger than Naruto when Shippuden started and was probably equal in strength again after learning the Rasenshuriken. Than Sasuke took the lead with his Mangekyou, then Naruto with his Kyubi chakra, then Sasuke with his EMS, and now Naruto with his full Kyubi mode.
