Since when can Base Naruto use Rasengan without a clone?

No the clones were just hidden in the darkness. Even after getting sm he still needed two hands like when he fought the third raikage. Naruto can do it in base now most likely, because am doesn't provide any extra chakra control.

As you so conveniently forgot, that was incomplete, and 2 minutes later, naruto uses a clone to use the complete form.

since he has gotten bm, and is not haveing to fight to hold kurama in(as maintaining the seal in the first place was the source of his bad chakra control.)

Not that he is friendly with kurama, his chakra control is much better.

Its possible though that it might just be a manga mistake, or that he made an unseen clone real fast.

Im sure he cant do a one handed rasensuriken though.

Well as you just seen last chapter he did not use clones..an you know like we all know naruto always use clones no matter what but sometimes he don't its very rare thoe just like last chapter..

anywho in the end he don't need clones to use rasengan that's what the topic is about an I have links showing my proof case closed.

It makes sense that he can do a one hand Rasengan now considering he's so good now... However, this is something that should have been explained in the manga IMO. It is his first time doing it without a clone's help, even against Pain, although he made one in two hands, a clone helped him in each hand. He did it one time before but that was in fox chakra mode.
