idk , like if kishi added a jonin exams , and each village had to use 11 chunin ninja to represent them , and they all had to do 1v1's

sure it would be long but it would be pretty awesome to see some useful young ninja other than the ones in konoha

True but that was just for the exams. Besides each village has to be unique some how. So what would be the point if all the villages had the same teaching method. When the villages were created it was a time of war so each village developed what it thought was the most effective system to train a shinobi

There is no Konoha 11. That was just a nickname given to 11 rookies in the anime because they all just happened to sign up for the Chunin Exam at the same time despite not being ninja for too long.

Well the Konoha 11 is just a term that reffered to the 11 Gennin excluding the missing-nin Sasuke....Also, I believe the K11 name actually derived form one of the filler episodes in which they are hunting down some old man who was part of an old destroyed village. Also when they mobilize to rescue Gaara in I believe another pre-shippuden filler....Though now it is technically the Konoha 10
