There have been many people confused as to the whereabouts of Naruto so I thought I would clear it up

Here we see Madara call Naruto a clone (notice you can see Naruto standing infront of Kakashi)

but look at the bottom panels, behind Kakashi and Gai is Bee and standing just infront of Bee is the real Naruto..!

Naruto was standing in front of Bee using the clone to keep Obito occupied while he worked at removing the spikes sealing Bees movement and chakra...


Other parts people have been confused about I'll go over now:
The old man was MADARA, DUH! The reason he looks different is Kabuto revived him in his PRIME!
Tsunade means to revive the kages even though she is nearly dead herself, she didn't use her summon earlier as it might not have been so usefull then and she is more for healing.

I thought this too, but why would Madara say "he's A kagebunshin too. Where's the original body, Obito?" Who would be the second kagebunshin? Exactly. He saw both Narutos and called them clones.

He didn't see the real one standing behind Kakashi, he said "he's A kagebunshin too." because the Naruto that fought him before was a kagebushin..

madara was not fool..he is top shinobi in the manga... obviously he seen two naruto after coming to their battlefield..both of them are shadow clones..kishi is trying to develop new plot like in case of sasuke where he chasing the person who knows everything...naruto or bee cannot defeat madara in their present condition..i feel some power up in naruto strength and enable him to win the battle..

At first, I actually believed this theory to be correct BUT you need to look at Madara's language. He says "he's a kagebunshin too" the important word being 'too'. Meaning Madara knows there are multiple clones. Madara can see the second Naruto behind Kakashi and Gai, he has huge fox tails coming out of him but still asks where is the real one. He asks this because they are BOTH clones. Otherwise he would have said 'this one is a clone' or 'the real one is at the back'.
