Madara, definitely. He's be so overpowered.
And I dunno...I'd like to play as Zetsu, or even have him as a support character. Also, I wouldn't mind C, he's one of my faves, lol. Muu, Third Raikage, Fourth Kazekage (Gold Dust FTW), maybe Nagato, not just the Paths. Kabuto Sage Mode would be a good one as well. And the Seven Swordsman.
And Kurenai, damn it.
