And yes, at this point his eyes is his greatest strength (just like how the Kyubi, at this point is Naruto's greatest strength). However, they're by no means his greatest weakness. The only time this was even assumable was when Itachi was plotting to use Shisui's eye to cast genjutsu on Sasuke on reaction to Sasuke's newly implanted eyes, which originally belonged to Itachi.
