dude that´s what i´m saying ,the gun is the tool to kill now (tool to kill=nine tails ), obito was the one using that tool with the intend to kill, as you know you cannot put back a bullet once it was fired the same with kurama,kurama could not be put back where it was therefore making obito responsible for the events
