Madara could do it(he not Hokage but above that level?)
Itachi has the tools to do it/not the stamina

like Hiruzen vs the Leaf village
Minato vs the Leaf village
Mei definately couldnt do it (vs Seven Swordsman no way) although they left
Tsunade vs Leaf village(Kakashi/Guy no way
what about Oonoki or Muu
or anyone else

Good question, I expect most Kage would be able to defeat everyone in their own village (they are supposed to be the strongest out of the rest, after all).

Though, I think there are some Kage that would not be able to, such as Mei or Tsunade.

Well, Mei could possibly do it, the 7 Swordsmen have disbanded aside from Chojuru, and the acid mist and lava techniques would to a lot of damage and affect a lot of people :y

Onoki could likely do it, a large Jinton would take a quite a bit of chunk out of the Stone village xd

I don't really see anyone stopping A aside from B. If he manages to overcome him, he can probably do it.

Gaara can, he'd just cover the village completely in sand and use that pressure thing he did to Kimi to kill the people in the village

Tsunade could likely not do it though, as guys like Gai, Kakashi and Naruto live in her village, which could most certainly take her down after a bit of fighting.

i wouldnt be surprised that a kage could solo a his village. (mei excluded)
