Since he is all powered up maybe he can use his new found strength to retrieve Jiraiya's body from the ocean. It was said Jiraiya's body was too deep in the ocean for anyone to retrieve. Now that Naruto has new power maybe he can be the one to retrieve his body and give him a proper burial.

This wont happen because I remember Kabuto pointing out the fact that he couldn't find or retrieve Jaraiya body because it sunk deep into the ocean and also it would be impossible to even find him because of the fact that he is untraceable.
