If Sasuke doesn't come to talk with Obito and Madara the war should end. We have had enough with this talk no jutsu. And if that happens again it might be when Juubi comes alive and Madara and Obito start arguing who of them have to be the perfect being.

Today was confirmed that Madara taught Obito how to use Izanagi and Rikudo's rinnegan. And he even have mokuton. And as we can see if Obito start using his full power he can solo BM Naruto and co anyday. And we have Madara over here. So Naruto without Sasuke and Oro is screwed. So talk no jutsu would be pathetic choice and a big excuse once again for and end of this war.
