This mean Obito and shiusi abilities are futile to Elderson true lineage?Probably Itachi ,sasuke and Madara tsukyomi can have some resistant against Shiusi KA?.This is similar to Sasuke being a uchiha was resistant against a perfected tsukyomi.
Kamui have two weakness,which are oponents' fast long range attack because it take time the user to go to the other dimension.The other weakness of kamui is the ability to warp large objects ,this mean susano (complete or perfect),large scale amatersu cannot be counter with Ka.

Itachi and Sasuke have no direct link with Indra, they are just the part of the Family that was slowly created from Indra. - Uchiha.

Everything has a counter to it. So does KA, Kamui.. for Kamui.. Madara said Kamui is too slow for example.
