Since Danzo is dead, Sai can talk freely now about Danzo right?

Because Danzo is dead the curse seal that the ANUB and Sai had, they can speak freely now right? I don't remember when but Naruto and Sakura were asking Sai about Danzo and what he does. He couldn't say anything because of the curse seal but now that its gone, can't Sai just tell Naruto and everyone about secret missions that were against the Leaf or clear things up about other stuff? EX: He knew that Itachi was good or reasons why he didn't help out the Leaf when Pain attacked.
